ConnectCRM is an application to track and analyse call activities of your business phones given to your team members. There are two aspects of this application:
- Mobile Application (ConnectCRM App)
- Web Application
On installing this mobile application in a device, the application accesses contacts, location, battery information, calling activities and call recordings of the phone given to your employee and call recordings will be of the specified SIM enabled by the user of the app at the time of setting/initialisation of the app. We do not record any call recordings or trace any call activities without the user's consent. Through the web application, a user can get detailed information about the calling activities of your employee. App enables you to summarize team-wide call logs and acquire useful insights for analysing your team's performance and making smart business decisions.
Information We Collect
We collect various types of information when you use ConnectCRM:
- Personal Information: When you sign up for ConnectCRM, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, your preferred currency, current timezone and other contact details.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use ConnectCRM, such as your actions within the platform, IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, location of the device(for Geo location feature) and timestamps.
- Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and collect information about your usage patterns.
- Device Information: We may collect information about the devices you use to access ConnectCRM, such as device ID, model, mobile number, version of installed app, operating system version, and location information.
- Contact List: If you choose to import or add contacts within ConnectCRM, we may collect the names, phone numbers, and email addresses, residential addresses and other relatable personal and professional details of those contacts.
- Lead Information: When you add leads in ConnectCRM, we may collect their name, company, contact details, address, and other relevant information.
- Call Log Information: If you use ConnectCRM's call tracking features, we may collect call time, duration, type, numbers involved, recordings, and notes.
